1. Who we are

MORE DİJİTAL REKLAM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("MORE", "we", "us") operates the more.onl website. Our registered address is Yenigün Mahallesi, Kızılırmak Caddesi, No: 30/305, Kat: 3, Safa Plaza, Muratpaşa/Antalya, Türkiye.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal data processed through more.onl. It does not cover any other MORE product or website.

3. Data we collect

We collect data when you use our contact form. The form asks for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company (optional)
• Your site or app link (optional)
• What you need help with (optional)
• Your monthly ad spend range (optional)
• A note about what would count as better (optional)

A contact submission also includes the page path and may include the referring website’s origin and bounded campaign source, medium and name. We exclude full referrer URLs and other query parameters. Optional contact analytics events are recorded only after you allow analytics and advertising cookies; those events exclude your name, email address and message.

We also receive technical data automatically when you visit the site:

• Your IP address
• Your browser and device information (user agent)
• The time of your visit

This technical data comes from server logs kept by our hosting provider, Vercel.

The site contains a consent-gated Google Tag Manager loader. Only after you choose “Allow analytics & ads”, the current Tag Manager container may load Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel. When active, these tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive data about your visit, including pages viewed, referral information, IP address, and device and browser information.

We do not have a newsletter, user accounts, or payments on this site.

4. Why we process your data

We use contact form data to reply to an inquiry and take steps you request before a possible working relationship. Where the request is directly connected with establishing or performing a contract, we rely on that necessity (KVKK Article 5/2(c); GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other handling needed to respond to a business inquiry, we rely on our legitimate interest, subject to your rights and freedoms (KVKK Article 5/2(f); GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Submitting the form does not give consent to optional analytics or advertising.

We use optional analytics and advertising tools to understand use of the site and measure our own advertising. The basis for these optional tools is your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/1 and GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). They remain off unless you opt in. You can reject them and still use the site and contact form. Use “Cookie settings” to change your choice at any time. We save your choice in your browser for up to 180 days; withdrawing consent stops future loading and removes the first-party tracking cookies the site can identify.

We use server logs to keep the site secure and running. We rely on our legitimate interest in the security and operation of more.onl, subject to applicable law and the rights and freedoms of visitors (KVKK Article 5/2(f); GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

5. Fonts

Font files are hosted with this website. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts to display our text.

6. Who receives or processes your data

• Vercel: hosts the website and keeps server logs (IP address, user agent, time).
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads): after consent, manages or provides optional measurement and advertising tags, depending on the current container configuration.
• Meta Platforms: after consent and if active in the current container, receives visit data through the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising.
• Resend: delivers your contact form submission to us by email.
• Slack: notifies us internally when you submit the contact form.
• Google Workspace: hosts the MORE email account that receives contact submissions. If you choose the separate booking link, Google also operates the external appointment page under its own terms.

We do not sell your data.

7. International transfers

Vercel, Google, Meta, Resend and Slack may process data outside Türkiye or the European Economic Area, including in the United States. International transfers are subject to the rules that apply to the particular transfer. This policy does not claim that MORE has signed a particular standard contract or put another specific safeguard in place for every provider; the current mechanism for each provider and account requires owner and legal verification. You may contact us for current information about a transfer relevant to your data.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep contact form submissions for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept for the period determined by our hosting provider and the applicable account configuration. We may keep information for a shorter period when it is no longer needed or when a valid deletion request applies.

9. Your rights

If the KVKK (Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data) applies to you, you have the right to:

• Learn whether we process your data
• Request information about the processing
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used as intended
• Know which third parties we share your data with, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of your data
• Request that any correction, deletion or destruction be reported to third parties we shared your data with
• Object to a result that comes from automated analysis of your data alone
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing

If the EU GDPR applies to you, for example because you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure
• Restrict processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Complain to your local data protection authority
